The long shadows had been descending upon a glorious but very warmish day in the garden. However, before the darkness fell everywhere around me, there was one last hurrah of light that shone behind this already darkening clematis. It was a reminder that light always precedes and follows darkness. May you rest well then knowing that the light will come again tomorrow both physically and spiritually!
