I waited a long time for my prayer to be answered – though in the grand scheme of things, it was a blink of God’s eye. During that wait I learned to love myself as a single person. I earned to honor what is important to me. I learned to trust that God had a plan and to accept that it would be good even if it meant I would stay single for the rest of my life. I knew God loved me and wanted me to be happy. I learned to forgive myself and others. I’m still learning. And the answer to my prayer was pretty good, too. 🙂

I’m doing good my cold is gone so I’m back to posting and reading blogs. My mom’s ok too. I spent some time with my niece and nephews the eldest 12 just started 6th grade he is actually taller than I am. I’m 5’1 it is crazy. And my little niece the 4 year old is so cute and sweet. The baby boy he is just funny and he’s like a little Tarzan always climbing on things haha. They bring me joy.
We’re all okay more or less. I’m still not completely recovered from the radiation treatments but they said it could take months so I’m just plugging along. I’m so glad your cold is gone and your mom is well. I know how you enjoy your nieces and nephews and am glad they came for a visit. I sure miss my family and hope to be able to go see them soon!
