What pure delight a garden brings!
What joy in watching growing things.
Up springing from the sodden mold
Their wealth of beauty to unfold–
‘Tis here my spirit soars and sings!
To note the flash of painted wings,
And hark the bees soft murmurings
In quests of sweets the blossoms hold;
Where all gray days are days of gold,
Strolling its paths bright wanderings,
What pure delight!

gorgeous pictures dear one–certainly makes me pine for warmer days!!! No snow here, but if it insists on being so cold, I would like maybe one little snow… it’s just windy and cold—a most peaceful night to you my friend.

I just had to have a little reminder of what’s coming, and I worked too hard out in the yard today so voila some of last year’s photos took the place of my musings. I like to get at least one snow a year too, but it ain’t a gonna happen this week with its warmer days.
I wish you a good evening too, Cookie. Stay warm. 🙂
