the way you publish a post. And I cannot figure out how to insert my texts along with my photos now. I don’t know why they feel compelled to execute these kinds of changes that make using their site so user unfriendly. So until I hear from someone, I will not be publishing anything. I pray that all of you have a good week. Blessings, Natalie

I find it hard to get the photos and text where I want them, and I haven’t published anything on WordPress for a while. I hope you solve your problem, Nathalie. Have a good week.

Care to let us in it 😉 Would it be a bother for you? I am so not good at technology…

Sure I will. Don’t use the New Post Icon. Instead go the Dashboard and find Posts and click on new post and post from there. Hope this helps. Hugs, Natalie 🙂

Thanks a bunch! I always go to dashboard for new posts as I have experienced in the past changes which complicated my life so, I’m glad you are confirming that what I was doing all along was correct…
for me at least 🙂
I always prefer easier!
Enjoy your summer 🙂

I haven’t had a problem Natalie, but then I think the template for Ebs and Flows is less sophisticated. I do get two emails whenever you post – one with a photograph in it and one without. The second never links to the post. Strange happenings in WordPress land. I will miss your posts so hope it gets resolved quickly.

I had a check there, Nattalie. There appears, at my end anyway, to be two options. The new, good grief! Or go into dashboard from ‘my blog’ then ‘posts’, ‘add new’ and it should be the same it’s been for a while. Opting for ‘new post’ straight from the homepage seems to bring up the newer version which I’ve not dealt with yet at all. Hope that works for you. x

I do think it has to do with the template of choice as mine is simple and not as sophisticated or flashy as I’d like, but workable for a non techie as myself—the changes which are executed without our, the users knowledge reminds me a great deal of school when our tech folks would change things up terribly leaving us poor teachers to figure out how to make it all work—I see you do have a new post up so I am thankful you found the help necessary 🙂

Mine’s not all that sophisticated but they keep making changes that I can’t figure out. I pay for something I am able to use and this is really annoying. It was one of my Scottish bloggers that helped me find a way to work around what they’ve done this time. The last time it was a lady in Florida that helped me out. I think it’s just so cool that we are in a global community like that. Love, N 🙂

Oh no. Why do they have to keep messing around? I agree with you. Every time things are going smoothly, they change something!!!
