    This poster makes me think about the time in my life when I no longer knew who I was so I just started dancing! One time I danced for eleven hours, taking out just enough time to eat & drink a little. I had many 4-5 hour dance sessions. I got my exercise and I got my self-esteem back.
    And, just so you know, I wasn’t drinking much, if at all, during those times. I was just getting high off the music and the people and dancing.
    I would never go that crazy again, but I would like to add a few hours a week of dance to my life.
