    • I know this is far from funny Lisa! But I had to chuckle a tiny bit. There’s and old saying that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree when it comes to children and their parents. And when asked once if that were true for me and my mom, my response was “well my middle sister landed squarely at the bottom of the tree and moved no more, my youngest sister fell and rolled a little from the base of the tree, and I fell, rolled to the bottom of the hill through the river and deep into the woods. And that’s what first went through my mind when I read your comment until I saw the two tearful faces. That was the dead give away because had it be about me and mom I’d have been grinning from ear to ear and doing a happy dance! Hope that made you at least smile! 👀🙃

      • No no no you are not a failure Lisa! I want you to think about something! How did your children learn in the very beginning? For example, when they were learning to walk didn’t they fall a lot at first? Yes they did and that did not make them a failure. Life is a series of trial and error experiences! And when we “fall” we are not failures; we are learners. And yes thankfully Jesus redeems our bad choices! But that’s why He was sent to die on the cross. God knew that His beloved children would fall and like the loving Father that He is! Please don’t buy into the lies the enemy tries to make you believe. You are a beloved child of the Creator of all that is and in His hands are forgiveness and cleansing! At the foot of the Cross we becomes His heirs. So brush that pretty little behind off from the dust of your falls, hold your head up high, and remember you are His beloved! ❤️❤️❤️

      • Lisa your “falls” have been nailed to the cross and forgiven! Quit giving them presence and power in your life. You are anointed with a sacred purpose and Christ needs you to fulfill it. This is the “2nd act” of your life and it can’t move forward if you allow ANYTHING in the past to keep you looking backward! Don’t let your greatness to be stolen by regret and indignation. I love you and I will be praying for you. ❤️🙏
