Natalie’s post encourages us to find the courage to be ourselves in spite of the world telling us to conform.
But if we’ve spent a lot of our lives trying to please others, it takes time alone to find out who we really are. We have to dig back down to our roots. What makes us feel whole and safe?
Do I really want to go to that party? Or would I rather take a walk with a friend? Or read a good book? Does it feel right to do the work I’m doing? Does it fit who I’ve become? Does it feed my soul?
When do I feel I am my best, truest self?
Fantastic!

Courage takes me through fear to the truth.
