Very True Natalie our emotions are God given, and we should express them they are not Sin but what we do about them can be, like Anger that is not Righteous but comes from holding onto Bitterness and Resentment and seeking Revenge which is like mixing Poison for those who have hurt us but drinking it ourselves, it eats away all the goodness in us like Cancer, so than we do need to Repent.
