786. Up and up and up we climbed…

With its many artists setting up easels each day for tourists the Place du Tertre is a reminder of the time when Montmartre was the mecca of modern art. At the beginning of the 20th century, many penniless painters including Picasso and Utrillo were living there.

  2. Wow I read all of them and it was quite a beautiful heartfelt and touching story of your lives. Than you for sharing it. You and your husband are miracles. And you are a real life love story that is beautiful I wish you both the very best my friend. This was just the right thing to read before bed it made me smile I loved it.
