“Loving those who hurt us makes them people of worth not obsolete”
For God so Loved the World He sent His only Son……..Forgiveness is about Love not forgetting those who hurt us but praying for them and seeking to do good to them!
Matthew 5:43-45 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you and pray for them which despitefully use you and persecute you; That ye may be the Children of your Father which is in Heaven for He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Mark 11:25-26 And when ye stand praying, forgive if ye have ought against any that your Father also which is in Heaven may forgive you your trespasses but if ye do not forgive neither will your Father which is in Heaven forgive your trespasses.(KJV)
Luke 17:3-5 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother/sister trespass against thee, rebuke him/her and if he/she repent, forgive him/her. And if he/she trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him/her. And the Apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
