Looking to the future…

I wouldn’t say I’m down, but I am exhausted. So again I didn’t get to read posts or answer comments. I had an appointment with a pain management doctor today, one that is going to try to solve the issues with my re-escalating migraines and painful, arthritic feet. We really liked this doctor as he is very thorough and informative, but the appointment took most of the afternoon. Then when we got home our daughter who is getting ready to move to Colorado brought her cats to live at our house while prospective buyers come look at her house and property. That took another large segment of time out of my day as yet another bad headache raged on. Now I’m not only tired but also somewhat anxious about the prospect of new meds and procedures. I am however hopeful that things will get better even though Obamacare will slow the process down. You really are a delightful community of extraordinary people and do in fact keep my heart up when times are tough. And I just wanted to thank you for that before I call it a day and hopefully get more sleep tonight than I did last night. Love and hugs, Natalie 😊❤️😘

  1. Lifting you up this morning sis. I serve a supernatural God; the Great Physician, the one who makes the blind to see, and heals the sick. He still heals today. He is able to do exceedingly more than we can think or imagine. He can and will strengthen you and sustain you. I believe and I Will stand in the gap for you with my faith. May God’s face shine upon you today and He give you peace. Hope you feel better soon….

    • Thank you so much. I so appreciate your concern and well wishes. And you are very welcome. I’m glad you enjoy my posts and that you find them uplifting. We are all angels with only one wing and so need one another to help us “fly.” Love and hugs, N 🙂 ❤

  2. Awwww, we – I – love you too. It’s such a pleasure knowing you Natalie. I’m so glad we’ve met here in this ‘delightful (which I agree is) community”.
Bless you, and I will be praying for you. I also am suffering from chronic pain in my upper back and shoulders. I think I’m also getting that problem associated in the wrist and arm from not having a good set up for typing on the computer. I don’t remember the name of that problem.
    Love and hugs. 🙂 ❤

  3. Natalie, praying the Lord gives your doctors wisdom. I used to suffer from migraines, so I can empathize, sweet sister. Take time for yourself and receive God’s gift of rest. We’ll all be here when you return. Love you. ❤

  4. Very nice post ma’am. I hope that this note finds you doing some better. I have a problem with cluster headaches and my doctors came up with Amitriptyline that I take 40 mg of in my night meds each night and it has really kept the headaches down in number and in days of length. If I have one that is really smoking bad I have another specialty pill I take to help knock down the pain levels with, it is called Sumatriptan Succinate 100mg, maybe you can ask your doctors about these meds for you. Best wishes, God bless.
