So true, but people do hide their emotions all to often. They are taught to do it starting at a very young age. It was called ‘keeping a stiff upper lip’. That was what I was taught growing up by my mom who was mostly German.
Oh, Natalie, just today found me sobbing my Heart out to my sister on the phone and I apologized. She stopped me right there and then and said you have nothing to apologize for. Sometimes I feel “badly” that my sis usually gets my tears when I am breaking. Today was no exception. I in turn said “thank you for just saying what you did” amid my sobs and great big tears dripping down my face. I cry from out of the depths of Love in my Heart seeing someone I Love hurting. < 3
I’m so very sorry that such sadness was overwhelming you! But as your sister said there is no need to apologize! Showing people our vulnerabilities makes more real and human! And then they in turn feel better about theirs! May the Lord Jesus comfort you and grant you peace in the midst of your storm! And remember “Had the eye no tears, the soul would have no rainbows!” Love you, N 😊❤️😘

Yeppers we all do to some extent! But it makes us more real and human when we share them with others! 💓
