Respect your ancestors…

Rejoice with your family in the beautiful land of life! ~Albert Einstein

Autumn for me, more than any other time of year, speaks of “home” and the “haven” that family is. In the mellowness and slower pace of the year’s closing months, I rejoice in the “deep comforts” of family and home and think about the love of thousands and the Lord who has bequeathed us our “beautiful land of life.”

  1. Such a beautiful family, dear Natalie. Sometimes, I take a look to my family photographs, in a booklet … and I cannot bear seing the so sweet smile of my mother younger… and older – the same lovely smile all her day life.
But every end of october, I put some flowers on the Monument aux Morts of a village of Brittany, and I can see the portrait of my father’s elder brother, he was so young – … But this is sad … No !

    You are … ravissantes !

Merci dear Natalie – bises et hugs – france 🙂

  2. How beautiful, Natalie! This is truly the season to remember and respect our ancestors. What a treasure you have given us in this post, this view of your past and future. So many beautiful ladies in your family! Okay if I borrow your idea for a future post? Hugs, A.
