429. Pleasure is spread through the earth in stray gifts to be claimed by whoever shall find. ~William Wordsworth

May you experience each day
as a sacred gift
woven around the heart of wonder.
~John O’Donohue

It seems that in my zeal for ridding the wondrous things in my gardens from their undesirable companions, the weeds, I have overused my right arm to the point that it’s painful even to do much on my computer or take photographs. So until the healing begins, sadly I will only be able to post short snippets each day and read and respond to a limited amount of your posts. In the meantime, I pray that your cup run over with marvelous things and that all that fills it will always be more than enough.

A gift opens the way and ushers the giver into the presence of the great. ~Proverbs 18:16   ✝

Thank you, Lord Jesus, that you save, you heal, you restore, and you reveal Your Father’s heart to us! You have captured me with grace and I’m caught in Your infinite embrace! Like Saint Hildegard Lord, may I too be a feather on your holy breath and spread, like seeds, the gospel abroad.

  1. Dear sweet Natalie, I pray that your pain will subside as you rest (don’t reply to this until you’re better xo). I read your lovely words out loud and my teen daughter said, “That lady sounds like my cup of tea. She sounds lovely.” I agree with Kara.

    • How sweet of your daughter! Actually my arm has felt better today after days of icing it and taking tylenol. It’s not completely well yet, but better is definitely good. Hugs, Natalie 🙂

  2. Thanks, Michael. I’m glad you enjoy my pictures. Yes, I did see your post and think it’s so cool that you got all those surprises. Thanks for the healing prayers. My arm is a bit better today. Blessings and hugs, Natalie 🙂
