I just read the comment above and laughed. Poor girl. If only it did get better when you retire. For me it just got busier and busier until even now I’m lucky if I have a few minutes for a deep breath, but you know, I wouldn’t want it any other way. I have to have something to do at all times or I would go nutz. Or more nutty than I already am. And I’ve been mistaken for a fruitcake several times already, twice today, in fact. Absolutely. And JoAnna, most of what keeps me busy is my crafting, and my newly found green thumb that is allowing me to invest my time in raising orchids, as well as cactus and herbs plus a few more plants in my window “garden”. I’m even trying a couple of tomato plants and a zucchini this summer.
