  1. I know that feeling. As a matter of fact that is the way I feel tonight. Stood in the kitchen making a huge bowl of Glorified Rice for Sat. Now have a big bowl to take and another smaller one for here. Paying big time for the chore, but will be worth it in the long run. 🙂

    • Thank you Catherine! I know that His Light will shine in my world again and that Grace will find me and give me rest. In the meantime as you suggested I hold onto hope and His promises.

  9. I’m sorry Natalie. Pain like that is hard to cope with. As a baby Catholic I’m learning how to offer up my pain and suffering but it’s not easy. Don’t forget that God is with you always Natalie, even on nights like that, … especially on nights like that. He loves you so much. Please don’t let the pain push you from Him.

    • Thank you Sarah for taking the time to write such a caring comment. Not only do we have to offer up our pain and suffering but Scripture tells us to rejoice in our trials. And that’s the really hard part that I have yet to master.But yes, the Lord is always with me and I know that there is some divine purpose in all of this pain and that He loves me. That’s what gets me through these long bouts but because I’m human the weariness sometimes wears me down and it helps to be able to vent and talk about what I am feeling. No I won’t let this pain push me away from Him, I can’t and won’t do that, for without Him I truly would be lost and without hepe.May you have a truly blessed New Year!!! 🙂 ❤

      • I’m so glad to hear that Natalie. 😀
        I spent so long thinking I was alone in my trials that I can’t bear for others to feel that way. It is a joy to know now that our suffering is not meaningless, and can even be used in a positive way.
        I will pray for you to be given the strength and graces you need to cope with this cross that God has asked you to bear.
