I’m good sweetie. Sorry it took me so long to reply. But on the first Friday of every month I and a bunch of my also retired ex-colleagues and friends get together for lunch. And each month one of them makes cakes each month for the ones who have a birthday that month. She knows that my favorite is her cheesecake which is the best in the whole world so I made a pig of myself as usual and by the time I got home I was so sleepy and took a nap. So it has been a good day with little pain or discomfort. And I was blessed to get kind words and soft hugs from you in my inbox.
