      • There you are! I’m so glad you had a nice time at church!!! My feet are hurting some today but other than that I’m good today. How about you? We just did our grocery shopping and are headed home. Enjoy your afternoon sweet girl!

      • Thank you sweetie for praying for me. My feet are still hurting but it has been a fairly good day. I just have to try and stay off of them as much as I can when they are like this. Just so you know why, I taught for 31 years and of course they were cement or linoleum floors in the classrooms, and I had to stand on them way before they began making more sensible shoes. And the price I paid for that was the osteoarthritis which has invaded all of the bones in my feet. Before I had my stroke 5 years ago, there were over the counter meds I could take to help with the pain, but those are now forever off the list of meds I can take because off the ischemic stroke. All I can have now are prescribed pain meds which are not ideal but It got to a point several years ago where I couldn’t cope with the pain anymore. So I take a pain med which on days like today at least keeps the pain somewhat bearable. But even on good days, I can no longer stand for every long nor can I walk too terribly far at one time. But it is what it is and I appreciate your prayers. At least most days, my headaches are under control. So I just take my days as they come and try to live them only one day at a time and trust that the Lord has a reason for allowing this to be a part of my reality.       • Oh i am so sorry you hurt so bad. I know we may not see or understand why God allows certain things but it is his will for us to trust and love him in spite of. But, I know even though we feel pain he is just to give us some comfort. So I will pray for you always my friend that God will have his hand on you to keep you and heal you.
