Our growing season is well under way and the breeze has been getting me out of bed at 4:30, for some three months now. This is a joyful season.

I visited our local heritage centre today and a loving volunteer was selling cuttings to raise funds. I brought two strawberry plants home for my landlady and her elderly Mum. As we were pottering around the garden together, I saw all the hollyhocks they have planted along the back wall in the sunshine. My heart sang Natalie, they are such beautiful blooms. ❤ for you xXx with hugs xXx
